General photo is two business days after the on-site appointmenr. If you need a rush delivery, please let us know.
Appointment cancellations and reschedules must be made within 24 hours. Same day cancellations will result in a $100 non-refundable charge. This includes same day rescheduling because the property is not ready to shoot.
Marlowe Media is not responsible for inclement weather. Services like aerial photography will not be available in rain, extreme wind, or extreme heat. A rescheduled appointment will be made in these conditions. If a reschedule agreement cannot be made, then services will be refunded.
Travel fee of $2.00 per mile is automatically added for extended service area. Free Service area is 25 miles surrounding Marlowe Media main office.
Marlowe Media retains all image and media copyrights. You will receive a limited copyright license agreement for the use of the photos while you are representing the listing.
